Welcome
to the Support Area. If you have downloaded and installed
OutLynk, please ensure that you have Microsoft Outlook
2000,2002 or 2003 Installed. If you do not have either
of these products, OutLynk will not work. OutLynk will
not work with Microsoft OutLook Express.
Please first review the HELP FILE that was installed when
you installed OutLynk. You can find the help file by going
to START>>PROGRAMS>>FROZENDIRT>>OutLynk
Help
OutLynk
will only work with always on connections such as ADSL,
Cable or LAN. Dial up connections are not supported.
You
must have Internet access on your wireless device to use
OutLynk. Your Telephone
company can tell you if this feature is available on your
phone or for your PDA. You may need to activate the function
or obtain other equipment (PDA Modem etc) to use the service.
Your
IT department may need to provide you with Firewall information
to configure OutLynk. If you are unable to connect using
a coporate LAN, the likely issue is the firewall. If you
are a home or small business user, you may need to authorize
the OutLynk software to pass your firewall.
You
must leave OutLynk running on the computer you wish to
access. If you exit the application or shut down your
computer you will not be able to access the service.
